29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system, nor was the employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): West side of the house: On June 5, 2013, and at times prior thereto, an employee performed roofing activities on a 6:12 pitch roof without a fall protection system in place. NOTE: Abatement certification for this item IS NOT required.
