29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: On or about June 12, 2013, an employee on the East side of the roof was working outside of the warning line system, and was exposed to a fall of approximately 13.5 feet in height to the paved ground below, while installing insulation material on a roof. THE BELDON ROOFING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312853773, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 05/29/10 WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF 11/09/09, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1735 COUPLES, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78226.
