Kalamath St., Denver, CO 80223: On and before 6/12/13, the employer did not establish and implement a respiratory protection program. Employees were required to wear a 3M 7502 Series, half-faced, air purifying respirators equipped with combination filters (organic vapor filter and P100 filter) during spray painting work. Employees were also allowed to wear 3M Tekk, 8110 S Series, filtering face pieces for comfort.
