The employer(s) did not attach such labels in area(s) where they would be clearly noticed by employee(s) who were likely to be exposed, such as at the entrance to mechanical room/areas.    Note: signs required by paragraph (j) of this section may be posted in lieu of labels so long as they contain the information required for labeling.         a) Manufactured Rubber Products Company Incorporated - The employer did not label the suspected asbestos containing pipe insulation which was being disturbed and damaged by the large rolls of cured sheet rubber products being stored and placed against it.  This was observed on June 13, 2013.
