29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) On or about: 06/10/2013 Location: Jobsite- Southeast corner by Hancock Street and St.Annes Road The employer failed to conduct frequent adequate inspections which resluted in an employee suffering from an electric shock while erecting a scaffold which was built 16 inches from a 13,800 volt electrical power service line.
