A.  Within the facility, on or about 06/13/13: The exposure control plan (ECP) provided to this CSHO contmained references to the previous business, specifically Edan Park Health Services.  Additionally, portions of the plan had not been reviewed since 11/30/00.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
