29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers. 1901 N. Maryvale Street, Mobile AL; On or about April 20, 2013 the employer exposed employees to 12 foot fall hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work on an weak / unstable roof that would not support employees weight in certain areas. These areas were not covered to prevent employees from tripping in or stepping into or through the weak / unstable roof.
