29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or abouth June 13, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were engaged in roof sheathing installation and carpentry work from a roof at 19 feet and 10 inches above ground level without a means of fall protection, exposing them to a fall hazard.
