29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable: Hard Scapes Line: On, or about, June 14, 2013, employee(s) operating the bagging line were required to work in standing water that surrounded the operators station, off-feed conveyor and in the walkway to the robot control panel. The small work mat provided was saturated with water. The company had not taken adequate steps to control the accumulation of standing water either by preventing it from entering the work area and/or by providing adequate drainage and housekeeping practices to remove the water from the work area.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, such as inadequate or damaged electrical insulation: Hard Scapes Line: On, or about, June 14, 2013, a protective, insulating cover had not been provided over the 110 volt clamping control provided at the operators station. The operator was standing on a wet concrete floor in wet boots and handing damp and wet bags and tools during his shift.
