29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Services, feeders, and branch circuits. Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. Employees engaged in maintenance activities in the shop were exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that the breakers in the breaker box located in the south west corner of the shop were not marked with their purpose.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. Employees engaged in truck maintenance activities in the shop using anti-freeze, motor oil, diesel fuel, oxygen, acetylene, brake cleaner, and starting fluid were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written inclusive hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented.
