29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Old Armory on grounds of Jackson Coliseum - On or about June 12, 2013, two employees were working from an aerial lift basket without wearing personal fall arrest systems. THE J & J WATERPROFFING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315305086 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUBER 1, AND AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOVER 22, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1390 N. STATE STREET, JACKSON, MS 39202.
