29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At Lot 118 Old Field Subdivision Daphne, Alabama: On or about June 14, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to train each employee on the hazards of falls to include but not limited to the nature of fall hazards, the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling, and inspecting the fall protection used exposing his employees to fall hazards of 9.4 feet to the ground below.
