Coastal Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 678258, Serious citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4276 Summerton Oaks Circle, Jacksonville, FL. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about June 14, 2013, on the 7:12 pitch roof, employees installing roofing materials were exposed to an 11 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
