29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets, personal fall arrest system, or combination of warning lines system and guardrail system: On or about June 7, 2013, at 2001 Oak Creek Road, River Ridge, LA, Office building, the employer allowed employees to install Hardy Board to the building from a 4:12 pitch roof without the use of a fall protection system.
