In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about 6/17/13 at 6265 McDonough Drive Norcross, GA 30093; employees were not trained when they were exposed to potentially hazardous chemicals including gasoline, engine oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, and freon as a part of their daily and weekly duties.
