There was no fall protection in evidence where the elevation was 9 foot 6 inches above a lower area. 2) At 14 Stratton Place, Delmar, NY 12054 on or before 6/17/13 employees were not protected from fall hazards during the reconstruction of the residential structure when passing in front of wall opening on the first floor near the basement stairs. There was no fall protection in evidence where the elevation was 7 foot 2 inches from the first floor to the basement floor.

Employees were exposed to a hazard of possible lacerations or puncture wounds when walking or working in the area.
