29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. (a) 885 North Easton Rd, Glenside Pennsylvania - On or about June 12, 2013, employees working on a welded-steel frame scaffold, approximately 18 feet above grade, were not protected from falling through the use of guardrails or a personal fall arrest system.
