29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) 1152 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle, PA - Employee was observed standing at the end of the 3rd floor hallway after accepting supplies for the hotel, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 22 feet to the ground below, on or about June 12, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
