29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: At the job site, 1437 Rochester, Wichita, Kansas, North High School, employees exiting a trench box were not provided a safe ramp, embankment when getting off the top of the trench box onto the ground. Employees had to jump more that 19 inches to the ground. Employees were exposed to struck against hazards.
