Employees are exposed to total dust and silica. (1) On or about June 14, 2013, an employee working in the finishing area, polishing and coating the cement ramp was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 21.13 mg/m3 of total dust, which is 1.41 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 15.0 mg/m3.
