29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Shipping Area - On or about June 17, 2013 the primary exit route from the Dispensing Room was partially obstructed in that stacks of shipping containers were stored in a manner which reduced the exit path to widths between 12 and 19 inches.
