These employees were required to wear Survivor Premier Plus half mask, tight fitting respirators and Survivair Opti-Fit full face respirators. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) A written Hazard Communication Program had not been developed by the employer to educate employees on the physical and health hazards presented by chemical within the workplace such as but not limited to Glas-tech 9000 (isocynanate based), Stratum 3000 resin, Counter Cote, Isofree Plus Resin, and Master Strip (methylene chloride based). There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
