29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. (a) Lot 110 - On or about June 13, 2013, boards with nails protruding upward were lying on the ground in front of a residential construction project.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights shall bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation. (a). Lot 110 - On or about June 13, 2013 a wooden pole scaffold erected on the front of a residential construction did not have mud sills under all support legs.
