29 CFR 1926.1404(q)(2): 29 CFR 1926.1404(q)(2): The outriggers were not set to remove the equipment weight from the wheels, except for locomotive cranes: a) Riley Contracting, Inc. on or about June 17, 2013, at the address of 1430 E. Alexis Rd. Toledo, OH: The employer failed to ensure the outriggers of the National Crane model 800C were fully deployed ensuring the cranes weight was removed from its tires. Weight placed on the pneumatic tire decrease the crane stability, exposing employees working on or around the crane to overturning hazards.
