29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level. On or about June 20, 2013, employees tasked with cleaning the gun range were exposed to health hazards caused by inhaling unknown concentrations of airborne lead where the employer failed to provide an initial determination of the amounts of lead present in the workplace air during their job tasks.

29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. On or about June 20, 2013, employees were exposed to the health hazards resulting from contacting lead on surfaces where the employer had not implemented a housekeeping program to ensure that lead was not present in areas where food and drink was consumed, specifically that surfaces in the break room area were not lead-free.
