29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii): Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold was not protected by both a personal fall arrest system and a guardrail system:     a) 1235 Porter Street, Philadelphia, PA-  Employees worked from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold performing brown stone restoration masonry work.  The employees were exposed to potential fall hazards of approximately 18 feet in that they were not provided with a personal fall arrest system.  Observed June 20, 2013.        NOTE: Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
