29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):    a) On June 18, 2013 and at times prior thereto; front of building, employees were observed working on the working platform of a scaffold system that was not fully planked, missing two planks; the height from the work platform to ground level was 30 feet.     The Edgar's Masonry Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313157695, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/29/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1742 Swan St. NW Washington DC.
