29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 395 Country Ridge Drive Red Lion, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing work activity on the second floor of a townhome with the front and back wall missing, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 18 feet to the ground below, on or about June 19, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
