Sound points of anchorage include structural members, but do not include standpipes, vents, other piping systems, or electrical conduit: On or about June 13,2013, at the above addressed location, employees were exposed to a fall hazard due to tiebacks that were not at right angles to the face of the building and were not secured to a structurally sound anchor point. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
