29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about June 20, 2013, during the installation of roofing material on an apartment and office building, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or other form of fall protection system.  Employees were working on roofs 22 feet and 10 feet above the ground with an approximate 10/12 and 6/12 pitch.
