29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(1): The employer did not make sure that the materials being hoisted when employees were hooking, unhooking, or guiding the load were rigged to prevent unintentional displacement: On 06-19-13, an employee was manually guiding and unhooking hoisted trusses which were not properly rigged; the trusses were not secured from unintentional movement when hoisted using one single leg chain sling looped through a section of the top chord greater than 11 inches L between two webs. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On 06-19-13, an employee who was setting trusses by climbing from a wall top plate to truss bottom chords at heights greater than ten (10) feet above wood and compacted surfaces without utilizing fall protection equipment. Royal Homes LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312556368, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 9-23-10, with respect to a workplace located at Manitowoc Road and Lake Park; Menasha, WI 54952. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
