29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    Instance a) Workplace, east side of building- Emergency exit glass door outside the office, was locked with a dead bolt; on or about 6/20/13.    Instance b) Workplace, east side of building- Metal roll up door at Sheridan Blvd. street level entrance was locked; on or about 6/20/2013.     Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
