29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) A flexible cable for an extension cord powering a work light had pulled out of the cord and exposed insulated conductors. The cord did not have proper strain relief. The employer has provided proof of abatement.
