29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a. On the site where an extension cord was used to supply power to a DeWalt Drill being used to mix drywall mud, the extension cord did not have a ground prong thereby exposing employees to a contact hazard.
