29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by unguarded unused portion of blade. Processing Department - On or about June 20, 2012, the unused portion of the blade on the Walker Turner vertical band saw, serial #5-2BFHA, was not enclosed or guarded, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with reciprocating blades.
