29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a) 395 Country Ridge Drive Red Lion, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing framing work activity on the second floor of a residential building without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 16 feet to the ground below, on or about June 19, 2013.     RJ CARPENTRY LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315223628, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 3 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 5, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 900 ASHWORTH LANDING, MORGANTOWN WV, 26508.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:     (a)  237 South George Street York, PA - Employees were observed using an aluminum extension ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface to the building, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground below, on or about June 19, 2013.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
