29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a).On June 21, 2013, at 8520 Grandview Road Kansas City, Missouri 64131. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard as they worked at the edge of a roof surface approximately 15 feet from the ground below without using adequate fall protection.    No abatement certification needed

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):   The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a) On or about June 21, 2013, at 8520 Grandview Road Kansas City Missouri 64131. Employees were not provided training in that; they were working on the roof at heights of approximately 15 feet without fall protection. Employees were not aware that fall protection was needed.   No abatement certification needed.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):    Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access.    (a) On or about June 21, 2013, at 8520 Grandview Rd, Kansas City Missouri 64131 An employee was exposed to a fall hazard by using a ladder which extended approximately 2 feet above the landing surface of the roof to which he gained access.      No abatement certification needed.
