29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in the lab. In the Lab, on June 20, 2013, and at times prior thereto; employees were not trained in the hazard communications before working in the lab, exposing them to unknown hazards such as but not limited to Chromic Acid, Acetone, Cyclohexanone, and Isopropyl Alcohol, exposing employees to skin contact, inhalation hazards.
