Haines Falls, NY- On or about 06/18/13- Crane operators view was obstructed by significant cracks in the overhead window and right side window. Mohawk Valley Crane Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.550 (a)(12), which was contained in OSHA inspection 311971535, citation number 01, item number 001(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 04/17/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Clay Hill Rd. Bridge Ft. Ann, NY 12827.
