29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about June 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, an employee were using a multi-hole boring machine, and their fingers were within two inchs from the drill bits. Employee was exposed to the hazard of sustaining lacerations to his fingers and hands.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: On or about June 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were using air prssure hoses used for pneumatic tools at 90 psi, for cleaning work surfaces without reducing the air pressure to less than 30 psi. At times they also used the air pressure hose to blow the saw dust off their clothes, exposing themselves to having air forced into their bodies.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. On or about June 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees transterred an adhesive compound from its original container into a bottle for daily use and the bottle was not labeled as to its contents.
