29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:(a)(IDENTIFY LOCATION(S))(DESCRIBE CONDITIONS AND TYPE OF AERIAL LIFT). On or about June 19, 2013 at worksite 1621 NW Foxwood in Raymore, Missouri- Employees were setting wood shingles on an exterior wall at an elevated height in a JLG aerial lift, the employees were in the basket without a body belt or lanyard being attached to the basket. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
