Shop Area, Bay 2 - On or about May 28, 2013, stairwell located on ground floor leading to second level storage area where electrical panel boxes are located at southwest corner of facility was cluttered with electrical wire-harnesses, plastic hoses, rubber fittings, windshield washer bottles, rubber squeezee, and empty boxes blocking passageway leading to second level. Thereby exposing employees to slip, trip, and fall hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.  a. Shop Area Level 2- On or about May 28, 2013, employee's are required to access an electrical panel box attached to east wall, located on southwest corner of facility. This panel had been modified, the original panel box cover had been removed and replaced with a fabricated sheet metal cover, which was then attached to front of panel box with four screw(s) and four nut(s). Black masking tape was also applied to top, bottom and sides of box to help keep panel door shut. Thereby exposing employees to shock, electrocution, arch flash and fire hazard(s).
