29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Maintenance Shop; On or about June 25, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency due to the working space at the electrical disconnect switch near the welding machine being blocked by the MILLER Dimension 400 amp wire feed welder. b) Maintenance Shop; On or about June 25, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency due to the blocked working space at the electrical disconnect switch behind the solvent tank. c) Break Room; On or about June 25, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency due to the working space in front of the enclosed circuit breaker boxes in the break room being blocked by the closet door, wall and clothes rack.
