In room 119, the bottom receptacle of a duplex outlet, next to the table, was not supplying power when used, however, a voltage tester showed potential energy to the "hot" blade.    b. On the second floor (hallway), a duplex outlet, between rooms 221 and 223, was not attached securely to the framework of the wall.    Abatement documentation is required for this violation.

In the hallway, between rooms 117 and 119, the outlet was not functioning correctly exposing employees to a potential electrical shock; a plug could not be fully inserted in the outlet, therefore exposing the plug energized blade.
