29 CFR 1926.760(c)(1): Each employee working at the leading edge in a CDZ was not protected from fall hazards of more than two stories or 30 feet (9.1 m), whichever is less. Jobsite: Segment # 3, near Stair B Employees installing decking were not "tied off" and were not protected by guardrails or perimeter cables. They were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 34 feet.
