29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) On or about June 25, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, it was determined that the employer did not have a material safety data sheet for gasoline that was being used to clean and power a concrete saw.
