29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about June 14, 2013, the employer, RLG Construction, Inc., did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations on a 5/12 pitched, two-story roof without the use of an adequate fall protection system, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. RLG CONSTRUCTION INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 314659558, CITATION 1, ITEM 2, ISSUED OCTOBER 21, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 8050 DECATUR ST. WESTMINSTER, COLORADO 80031. THE CITATION BECAME FINAL ON NOVEMBER 16, 2010. THE FINAL ABATEMENT DATE FOR THIS CITATION WAS NOVEMBER 16, 2010
