29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a/White Rose Inc./Carteret NJ Site - Bay door 74: A c-clamp located approx. 10 feet from the ground came loose and struck an employee on the head. The employee was not provided head protection. Condition observed on/or about 6/24/13.
