OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards between the live load drilling line and drawworks drum: On or about June 20, 2013, employees were exposed to being caught-in between the live load line and the drum of the drawworks when the guard was removed.
