(b)    On or about 06/26/13 - Forklift charging station, the protective conduit was broken on supply conduit, exposing the insulated wires.

Earle M. Jorgensen Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314505371, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/10, with respect to a workplace located at 3701 Rider Trail South, Earth City, MO.
